- 250 g Mascarpone
- 200 ml Baileys Irish Cream
- 250 ml strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 100 g ladyfingers
- 2 tbsp sugar
- Cocoa powder for dusting
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Combine the mascarpone, Baileys, and sugar in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Pour the cooled coffee into a flat dish for dipping.
- Dunk each ladyfinger briefly in the coffee, being careful not to soak them too long.
- Layer the dipped ladyfingers in a baking dish and spread some mascarpone mixture on top.
- Repeat the layering until all ingredients are used, finishing with mascarpone.
- Dust the top with cocoa powder, cover, and chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Notes
For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free ladyfingers. This dessert tastes even better when allowed to sit overnight.
