Description

A delightful dish featuring crispy fried salmon with sautéed spinach and melted mozzarella, combining fresh seafood with hearty vegetables in less than 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • Salmon fillet
  • Fresh spinach
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Garlic
  • Fresh herbs (parsley or basil)
  • Rice, potatoes, or fresh salad (for side)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat some olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place the salmon skin-side down in the skillet and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for a short time until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  3. Put the fresh spinach in the pan and sauté until wilted, which takes just a couple of minutes.
  4. Top the spinach and salmon with mozzarella and let it melt for about 1-2 minutes.
  5. Season with fresh herbs, salt, and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve the fried salmon warm with a side of rice, potatoes, or a fresh salad.

Notes

Marinate the salmon a few hours ahead for extra flavor. Cook in the air fryer or oven at 200°C for 12-15 minutes for a different cooking method.
