A delicious and healthy high-protein pide filled with creamy skyr and feta, perfect for gatherings or a quick lunch.
Ingredients

- 500g Dinkelmehl (or wheat flour)
- 200g Skyr (or Greek yogurt)
- 150g Feta cheese (crumbled)
- 300ml water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 packet yeast
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Mix the spelt flour, yeast, salt, and water in a large bowl until a homogeneous dough forms.
- Let the dough rest for about 10 minutes to activate the yeast.
- Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to the desired thickness.
- Spread the skyr evenly on the rolled-out dough and sprinkle with crumbled feta.
- Fold the edges of the dough over the filling to seal it.
- Bake the pide on a baking tray for about 20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Drizzle with olive oil after baking and serve warm.
Notes
You can prepare the dough a day in advance and let it rest in the fridge. For air-fryer users, set the temperature to 180°C and bake for about 10-12 minutes.
