Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 packages vanilla pudding powder
  • 500 g heavy cream
  • 2 packages vanilla sugar
  • 1 kg strawberries
  • 6 tablespoons crunchy sprinkles
  • 150 g granulated sugar
  • 1 liter milk

  2. Mix the vanilla pudding powder with the milk and granulated sugar in a pot according to package instructions and bring to a boil while stirring until thickened.
  3. Cool the pudding, but do not let it set completely.
  4. Fold the heavy cream into the pudding mixture gently to maintain its airy texture.
  5. Layer in a baking dish starting with a layer of mashed strawberries followed by the pudding mixture, repeating the process.
  6. Decorate with remaining strawberries and sprinkle with crunchy sprinkles on top.
  7. Chill for at least 120 minutes in the refrigerator before serving.

Notes

For a vegan option, use plant-based pudding powder and cream. It’s advisable to prepare the dessert a day in advance for better flavor.
